Summer Events & June Displays

AWTHS Open Hours are June 1, July 6, and August 3 from 9-noon. Research appointments are recommended but visitors are feel to browse the research library and tour the house.

Special open hours include: June 21 (Friday) from 12 noon-5pm. We will have a special military type display along with our 20th anniversary photos and binders. Another date and time is June 22 (Saturday) from 9am-noon as well. This coincides with the Farmers Market as well as the GOBA in town and other special community activities. Todd Clemmons book, “The Rails and Tales of the Dayton & Union Railroad”. Books are available for $20 cash or local checks. They can be obtained during our open hours or scheduling a pick up time. [email protected].

Farmers Market will begin Saturday, June 1 from 9-noon. The market is held at the Veterans Park, beside AWTHS, located on West George Street. Market is every Saturday morning through September.

Vendors are welcome and encouraged! Set up is free. Come and set up when can and share with your friends and other vendors.
